If you have a picture or design you want, send it to me, I need to look at it before ordering. I will help you choose the best option that will look the most beautiful.

2. If everything is fine, choose the size in the custom order.

3. Pay, and I will start working on your order.

Custom rugs can take 4-12 days to make, usually for rugs ranging from 20 inches to 50 inches.

This time includes ordering yarn. If I don't have the right color, I order additional threads, which takes 4-6 business days.

Delivery depends on the country.

Within Europe, it takes 4-5 days.

To the US, Canada, and Australia, it takes 7-12 days.

You will also receive a tracking code for your package.

*Sometimes delivery is delayed at the border for reasons unknown to me. I have no control over this.
